Better Days
2002-04-01

Warmer weather,
bright feathers,
Birds sitting and lay,
Eggs that hatch in may.

Ducks are flying,
Children are crying,
because bees,
are being busy.

Tulips emerald green,
Daffodils tangerine,
blue skies,
no lies,

growing trees,
green leaves,
many shapes,
although no grapes!

and life,
without strife,
is good.
