You Aim too High

I was once told "you aim too high",
if you want to know my reply,
all you have to do is read on.
It seems clear to me, maybe not to you.

Clear as the sea is blue, or more.
Life is what we make it.
Clear as the earth is brown,
life is what we make it.

The answer is not long,
nor is it short, its right.
Let your life be that it might.
The answer is not hard.

I was once told "you aim too high",
And my reply was this,
"Is there any other way to aim."
That is my answer, what's yours?
